Booking and Cancellation Policy

Payment for a Reservation

Payment can be made by Visa and MasterCard credit cards, as well as in person at the reception by direct payment or cash. 

​

A reservation fee of $4.50 + taxes is applicable for each rented site. Reservation fees are non-refundable. 

 

At the time of booking, the client must pay at least according to the chosen location: 

• Either an amount equivalent to one night's stay. 

• or 50% of the total cost of the reservation for a stay of 2 nights or more The balance must be paid no later than 6 days before the start date of your stay and no refund will be possible from that point on.

 

Modification & Cancellation of a Reservation

 

We invite you to contact us at +1 506-684-7860 for any modification or cancellation to your reservation. A manager will be happy to assist you with your request, in accordance with the applicable conditions. 

No refund is possible from 6 days before your arrival date.

 

Reservation of 7 nights or less 

 

It is possible to cancel your stay up to 7 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund of your deposit. 

 

Reservation of more than 7 nights

 

No transfer or refund of deposit is possible for reservations of more than 7 nights.

 

Trailer and Ready-to-Camp Reservations

The 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

 

Early Departure

​

No refund is possible if you have to leave before the end of your stay, and your site will be considered vacant. 

 

Minimum Stay Duration 

​

A minimum of 2 nights is required for reservations for all our rentals (trailer and ready-to-camp). 

A minimum of 2 nights is required for site reservations during the following periods: 

• Weekends, i.e., Fridays and Saturdays during the high season from June 21, 2024, to August 31, 2024.

Please note that if management were to restrict or prohibit access to a body of water for swimming, slides, or any other recreational equipment, due to reasons beyond its control, no modification, cancellation, or refund will be accepted.
