Booking and Cancellation Policy
Before booking your stay with us, please review our booking policy.
Payment for a Reservation
Payment can be made by Visa and MasterCard credit cards, as well as in person at the reception by direct payment or cash.
A reservation fee of $5.25 + taxes is applicable for each rented site. Reservation fees are non-refundable.
At the time of booking, the client must pay at least according to the chosen location:
• Either an amount equivalent to one night's stay.
• or 50% of the total cost of the reservation for a stay of 2 nights or more The balance must be paid no later than 6 days before the start date of your stay and no refund will be possible from that point on.
Modification & Cancellation of a Reservation
We invite you to contact us at +1 506-684-7860 for any modification or cancellation to your reservation. A manager will be happy to assist you with your request, in accordance with the applicable conditions.
No refund is possible from 6 days before your arrival date.
Reservation of 7 nights or less
It is possible to cancel your stay up to 7 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Reservation of more than 7 nights
No transfer or refund of deposit is possible for reservations of more than 7 nights.
Trailer and Ready-to-Camp Reservations
The 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of up to $250 may be required. This deposit is not typically charged prior to your stay. However, Camping Héron Bleu reserves the right to charge up to $250 following the inspection of the accommodation if any damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other applicable charges are identified.
Early Departure
No refund is possible if you have to leave before the end of your stay, and your site will be considered vacant.
Minimum Stay Duration
A minimum of 2 nights is required for reservations for all our rentals (trailer and ready-to-camp).

Please note that if management were to restrict or prohibit access to a body of water for swimming, slides, or any other recreational equipment, due to reasons beyond its control, no modification, cancellation, or refund will be accepted.
