Camping Héron Bleu
Meet Guy & Nanny!
Guy is originally from the Acadian Peninsula and moved to Restigouche in 2006 to live with his wife, Nanny, who is a local. They immediately fell in love with Camping Héron Bleu and began their camping adventure as seasonal campers in 2007, eventually taking over the management in 2019.
Their goal is to provide exceptional service by accompanying you to your site to ensure your comfort. Always available and welcoming, they are parked with their recreational vehicle at the entrance of the site, near the reception.
Our story
Camping Héron Bleu has been in existence since 1971. The couple Nanny and Guy Chiasson have been managing the site since 2019, along with their children and wonderful staff. Since their arrival, Nanny and Guy have invested significantly in modernizing the infrastructure of this beautiful campground, as well as creating new sites and adding ready-to-camp options.
Located in front of the Baie des Chaleurs (2 minutes from the campground), the site has 200 sites, with nearly 80 reserved for visitors. Nanny and Guy make it a point to highlight the nature and beauty of the area, taking great care to maintain it to offer a naturally clean environment. The uniqueness of their site lies in the size of the camping site, which are recognized throughout the province.
In short, Camping Héron Bleu is a must-visit, as you will be charmed by the beauty of the site, the warm welcome, and the activities available.
